The resort is pretty new, rooms well appointed, there’s four restaurants on the premises, each with excellent choice of different types of cuisine’s and dishes. Staff very attentive and friendly. Waiters from the lounge bar and the restaurants and all the rest. Big thanks to Mr. Sayed Ibrahim from the reception, he was checking in on us and making shure we have everything. Chef Mohammd Adnan was great fun to talk to, very knowledgeable about the excellent dishes he was making and the history behind the Arabic cuisine. Thank you guys, hope to see you again!

Beautiful culture

The property was very modern and very clean. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. Big shout out to Hisham from housekeeping who was very friendly and professional and Ali from the reception bar who made the best drinks I have had in my life. I would recommend this place for anybody travelling to Hurghada

Excellent and relaxing!

Every staff member at the hotel were friendly and attentive. We were greeted with smiles always. Mr Sayed made our stay comfortable and was very accommodating to our needs. The food was amazing and a wide selection of food choices. It was a short break but I will definitely be back with my friend as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Wonderful hotel, immaculately clean allover the place, spacious and well equipped rooms with big balconies, varied and excellent food choices (even better than last year) in four different restaurants etc. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, attentive and extremely friendly. I would like to mention in particular Sayed Ibrahim the front desk manager, our housekeeper Ahmad Mostafa, Ali and Mohammed from the lobby bar and Hesham Al Sayed from Alfredo restaurant. This was our second stay in this awesome resort (six weeks all in all) and my very high expectations were once again far exceeded. We are looking forward to our next visit, thank you all for your true hospitality

Lovely hotel and very much worth the money- affordable and delightful staff that were always ready to help whenever needed. They always had a smile on their face and made the stay enjoyable

Food was decent but not amazing, there’s only one good restaurant which is the main one. Cocktails could be improved as they were basic

A Wonderful Babymoon

The food was amazing with varied options. There are 3 restaurants for dinner which was nice and not boring. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly from the moment we checked in till the last minute always happy to help. A shout out to Neama at the restaurant for always welcoming us with a radiant smile whilst baking fresh tasty goodies. Also the reception was always available and eager to help. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations and we had an awesome vacation. Will gladly come back and recommend to friends and family.

Everything was perfect but The spa was overpriced for the services provided. Lack of fresh juices throughout the day not just at breakfast.

vacation very well spent

The Hotel is all inclusive including alcoholic drinks. Room was really spacious and well equipped, very comfortable beds. Has four restaurants to choose from with really good food options. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Always ready for your every need. Our flight is in the evening and they were happy for us to use all facilities until we leave. Love the heated pool. Would highly recommend.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay in Hurghada

Resort is very near to the airport. A huge variety of delicious food, friendly staff, modern facilities and cleanliness made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The only minus point is that several boats were parked very near to the beach, which made the swimming area limited for the swimming.

We liked everything, beautiful food, fantastic pool area, spa! The question is more what didn't we like, there was nothing we did not like, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay amazing! Could not have wished for more.

The restaurant up the top, Canala felt like a cafeteria.

- The resort looks new and is kept very clean. - The staff are very helpful. - There are plenty of sun beds. - At least one pool is heated. - The breakfast buffet is very nice. - The rooms are very spacious. - The resort is just a few minutes' drive from the airport.

- The beach area is quite small. - The staff selling spa services or tours can be pushy. - The spa services are pricy. - Some food items are better than others, and the food starts to feel repetitive after a few days. - The evening entertainment is very loud. If you choose not to attend, you can't relax in your room during this time.

Amazing first trip to Hurghada#1229

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where Sayed Ibrahem was a member of the staff, and I cannot say enough good things about him. From the moment we arrived, Sayed went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His warm and friendly personality immediately put us at ease, and he was always available to answer any questions we had about the hotel or the surrounding area. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and we truly appreciate all of his efforts. Sayed's attention to detail was truly impressive, and he never missed a beat when it came to making sure that all of our needs were met. Whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local places, Sayed always had our best interests at heart. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Sayed Ibrahem is truly an asset to the company, and I cannot thank him enough for making our stay so memorable. If you're looking for top-notch service and a truly exceptional experience, look no further than this hotel and its wonderful staff. Five stars all around! The hotel staff is amazing every time we see cleaning in progress and it's such an amazing place I can't find a single false thing to say. The spa is amazing too I had a full body massage and Aber ( sports massage) Sasha for relaxation massage was amazing. Karim who explains the spa facilities is amazing at his job. We did some Moto Safari and Mohamed Fathy and his team were amazing and went out of their way to make sure that our private tour was very memorable. The room is clean and always kept nice and tidy by Ahmed gama our housekeeper.

The spa could be improved as this is a spa hotel. Some of the services are absolutely fantastic and could not find any fault but the beauty and the salon could be improved. We would have liked the Steam room to be more steamer. Some of the procedures provide exactly the same features and contradict with each other.
